Kevin C. McKenna is the Co-Founder and Principal of

M&M Empire Construction, an Austin-based contractor specializing in commercial roof coatings, architectural coatings, and building envelope restoration. Kevin co-founded the company with Paul “Pauly” Macchiaverna to provide dependable construction and restoration solutions for property owners, developers, and facility managers across Central Texas.

Kevin leads the company’s strategic direction, client partnerships, and project development. He works closely with commercial clients to evaluate roofing systems, structural conditions, and exterior building components in order to develop practical restoration and coating solutions that extend the life of buildings while avoiding unnecessary replacement costs.

His work frequently involves commercial roof coating systems, metal roof restoration, protective coating systems, and exterior construction scopes that require careful planning and coordination. Kevin is known for his hands-on leadership style and his ability to bring together the right teams and resources to execute complex projects efficiently.

Paul “Pauly” Macchiaverna co-founded M&M Empire Construction with Kevin McKenna and serves as the company’s Construction Director.

Pauly brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience across residential, commercial, and structural projects. Over the course of his career he has worked across nearly every aspect of construction, giving him a deep understanding of how complex projects should be built, managed, and delivered in the field.

At M&M Empire Construction, Pauly oversees day-to-day field operations, manages crews and subcontractors, and ensures projects are executed safely and efficiently. His extensive trade knowledge allows him to anticipate challenges in the field and implement practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.
