Kevin C. McKenna is the Co-Founder and Principal of M&M Empire Construction, where he specializes in commercial roof restoration, protective coating systems, and building envelope solutions for commercial properties throughout Central Texas. Alongside Co-Founder Paul “Pauly” Macchiaverna, Kevin has helped build M&M into a trusted partner for property owners, facility managers, developers, and commercial real estate professionals seeking practical, long-term restoration solutions.

Kevin leads the company's strategic direction, client relationships, and project development, working closely with clients to evaluate existing roofing systems and building envelope conditions before recommending restoration strategies. Paul "Pauly" Macchiaverna, Co-Founder & Director of Construction

Paul “Pauly” Macchiaverna is the Co-Founder and Director of Construction at M&M Empire Construction. He leads the company's field operations, overseeing project execution, quality control, crew coordination, and jobsite safety for commercial restoration and exterior construction projects throughout Central Texas.

With extensive hands-on construction experience across residential and commercial projects, Pauly has developed a practical understanding of how successful projects are built from the ground up. His ability to anticipate field challenges, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain high standards of workmanship helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with lasting results.

As Director of Construction, Pauly works closely with project managers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to deliver commercial roof restoration, protective coating systems, building envelope repairs, and other specialized construction services.
